Tuition rates for in-state vs. online degrees will vary by school. Some schools offer low in-state rates, high out of state, with online degrees in between. Other schools may offer comparable rates for all programs. Finding the best rates could take some research, since online programs are relatively new and there are no regulations in place for this as of yet.
