When I got my undergraduate degree at a traditional college, I did it in 4 years and my financial aid was determined each semester. I noticed that a lot of the online programs can be completed in as little as 14 months, or as fast as you can complete them. I am wondering how this works when it comes to Federal grants and loans. If a freshman can get $3500 in the Stafford loan, how would this translate to a 14 month online degree program?

In my experience the school will determine how the aid is disbursed. I would recommend talking to someone in the financial aid department about how much in loans you can get for that 14 month period.
