Has anyone ever lost internet connection or had a computer malfunction during a timed test? What can you do in these instances? It doesn't seem fair that I should get a poor grade on a test because of technical issue like this.

That happened to me several times and I had to contact the professor and he reset the test for me. When it happened a second time he said he couldn't reset it again and I just had to take the grade from up to what I had completed. Kind of a pain.

In my MBA online school we have strict rules concerning our online tests. If there are troubles with Internet connection a document confirming this situation must be sent. In this case test can be resumed.
